Dining Out the Healthy Way


We all love to dine out. We get to sit around, talk with friends, maybe have a few drinks, and have people serve and make us food. Sure, it can get pricey if you do it too often, but as with everything, moderation is key!

The hardest part with eating meals out is trying to decode the healthy options on the menu. You don’t necessarily want to order a salad, but you also don’t want to order something with half a days worth of calories in it.

Luckily, many restaurants are adapting to the demand for health, low-calorie options on their menus. I’ve managed to find a list of a couple restaurants with many things on their menus with low-calorie options (and many of them even give you nutritional info on the menu!).
