Amp Up Your Ab Workout

Rock-hard abs in no time!

It’s not too late to get the killer abs you wanted for bikini season! Here are some moves you can work on, literally anywhere, that will tone your midsection in no time flat.

To start, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Place your hands on your hips, and slowly move from side to side. It should look like you are moving your hips, but concentrate on using only your abs to make the movement. After a few seconds you should start to feel it in your abs if you’re doing it right. (Here’s another hint: you’ll know you’re doing it right if your shoulders are moving from side to side, NOT up and down). It’s that simple! Try doing it for the entire commercial break during your favorite show.

Next, start in the same stance. This time, instead of moving from side to side, use your abs to twist from right to left. You’ll know you’re doing it right if your shoulders move forward and back, not up and down. Try this one at the next commercial break, or even while brushing your teeth or in the shower!

For a girl on the go, it’s important to get a workout in whenever possible – these moves will hopefully make it a little easier.
