We all have a vice that is bad for us. Potato chips (mine!), sweets, alcohol, ice cream, etc. While we want to moderate our cravings as much as possible, sometimes we have to give in.

However, you can trick your body into thinking it is getting your favorite vice, without it being unhealthy. All you have to do is substitute your craving with something healthy- but very similar in texture and taste. For example, craving ice cream? Get frozen yogurt!
